I know very similar questions have been asked before but I can't remove my already existing d3d9.dll file from New Vegas. I had to install
this
dll file because apparently AMD has a problem running NV and makes all the characters bald and the water glow. So to avoid that, is there a way to keep the nvidia dll and also download ReShade? Thanks!
