Hey everyone! I’ve watched a few tutorials and this issue was never mentioned so I decided to come here! Because of the new update I haven’t found any presets that actually work so I decided to try and make my own for fun! Well anytime I try to make it or really do any setting configurations, I get this error at the top of my screen.
“unable to save configuration and/or current preset. Make sure file permissions are set up to allow writing to these paths and their parent directories”
C:\program files\EA games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin\Reshade.ini
C:\program files\EA games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin\TestingPreset.ini
Forums told me to run the game as administrator but it did not work. Otherwise, I couldn’t find a straight answer that people didn’t argue.
