Reshade2.ini is missing

I downloaded Reshade multiple times and did the steps carefully but Reshade2.ini is still missing.

Same thing is happening to me :( used to work, idk what the heck happened. I also don't know how to get back Reshade2.ini lol trying so many different ways.
