After the new update RDR2 Reshade stopped working, i have the game set to DX12 and Reshade installed for DX10/11/12, did a fresh install for the game and installed Reshade for DX12 still did not work, removed Reshade and reinstalled again but this time i went with Vulkan and it worked, now my issue is, i have the game running on DX12 not Vulkan but Reshade wont work when i set it for DX12, so do i use Reshade Vulkan while my game is set to DX12? and why is Reshade for DX12 not working in the first place?

Ok just found out something, when installing Reshade DX10/11/12 Reshade isn't creating a folder that is located at the ProgramData folder in C, the folder is called "Reshade", rather when installing Reshade Vulkan this "Reshade" folder in the ProgramData folder gets created, now if i deleted this "Reshade" in ProgramData folder Reshade will not work even if i manually placed Reshade's files into the game's folder.

So

Reshade DX10/11/12 is not creating a "Reshade" folder in ProgramData folder
Reshade Vulkan is creating "Reshade" folder in ProgramData folder
With that "Reshade" being created by Vulkan installation i can now manually place my DX10/11/12 Reshade files or simply run the DX10/11/12 installation in the game and get Reshade DX10/11/12 working

RDR2 doesn't load dxgi.dll from the game directory anymore. Can either install ReShade for Vulkan (even if RDR2 is configured to use DX12, since RDR2 still also loads Vulkan in that case and thus ReShade) or rename ReShade to d3d12.dll.
