Unable to install reshade on an Unreal Engine 4 Game

Hi, I want to install Reshade on a game made with unreal engine 4.
When using the official installer, Reshade doesn't launch when i open the game.
I have tried installing Reshade on both the game launcher .exe and the game .exe and using every api disponible (direct3d, vulkan, opengl...) Note: I did a clean install of Reshade every time !
I then tried to use the Reshade UWP injector (inject64.exe) using the Reshade64.dll (dll extracted from the official reshade installer using WinRAR)

When typing the following command in the cmd prompt (filepath of the inject64 exe and reshade64 dll) :
.\inject64.exe game.exe 
It returns :
Waiting for a 'game.exe' process to spawn ...     // i launch the game at this moment //
Found a matching process with PID 8452! Injecting ReShade ...
Failed to open target application process!

Does anyone have an idea why this is happening, or even a fix ? 

UE4 games have two executables (one acts like a launcher, one is the actual game, even though they are named very similar). You need to install ReShade to the one that is a few folders deep in a subdirectory, not the executable that is in the base directory of the game.

Here's a list of all the executables i have found in the folders  : 

/Launcher
>Assistant.exe (probably not important for reshade)
>tof_launcher.exe (executable of the launcher, the launcher is a simple page with game news and a "launch" button --> clicking on it launches "QRSL.exe")
>uninst.exe (uninstall executable )
>VersionService.exe (probably not important for reshade)
/Engine/Binaries/Win64 
>CrashReportClient.exe (simple unreal engine crash agent)
/Engine/Extras/Redist/en-us
>UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe (probably not important for reshade)
/Hotta/Binaries/Win64
>QRSL.exe (game exe checked on task manager --> uses most of GPU)

I have tried installing Reshade on both tof_launcher.exe and QRSL.exe 
No matter what, reshade doesn't load.

After some more research, it looks like the game I want to install Reshade on uses EAC (Easy Anti Cheat) which stops any unknown external writing processes therefore not allowing reshade to load.... I haven't been able to find a fix for that, I'll keep this topic open if anyone has a solution in the future.
