Problem with Reshade, it won't open.

Hello, I have had a problem with reshade for a long time. I have uninstalled it with many versions, I have uninstalled gta5, fiveM, reshade but when I go to the application and press home nothing opens. Help.

 

seems to me like reshade is a complete pita... good luck with getting an answer... been trying every suggestion in the book and still no joy... support seems almost non-existent
