Reshade UI not coming up (CEMU, Xenoblade Chronicles X)

Hi all,
Followed the instructions, looks to be installed correctly, made sure it was the same API (Vulkan) but pressing home doesn't trigger anything.  Not sure what to check next? Link to the CEMU config:
