I cant download the reshade

I've been trying to download ReShade 5.0.2 with full add-on support for days and the download doesn't start, what can I do? I've tried it on my smartphone and the same thing happens. Opens a page and closes but the download does not start.

Use right mouse button. "Save as" and so on.
