Reshade v4.9.1 input issue

I either can't seem to swap the button that opens the reshade menu, or the game blocks all input other than OS specific keybinds. It's Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon, the steam version released in November 2001. I put the INPUT section into the reshade INI and modified it based on guides on the site. 

For Stalker game I use "dinput8.dll" from here:

Also try to press Ctrl-Alt-Del or Alt-Tab and then go back to game.
