I'm having this strange bug that I'm not sure what it is (seems like over contrast). At first happened only with Sonic Lost World, but now it's also happening to a worse degree with others in which it's so dark that I can't even see anything. It persists even if I turn off the shaders:

I noticed that it displays correctly at the very beginning when the game launches, but turns like this in an instant. The only fix I found was reinstalling Reshade, but it returns the next time the game boots.
