Reshade 4.5.3 or other 4.xx doesn't start and work

Reshade 4.5.3 or other 4.xx doesn't start and work was created by abolfazl.skn
my reshade doesnt work and start when i copy the files to the game folder
my games are ets2 and ats and it doesnt work in both of them
even i install reshade from the original app 4.5.3 ver
and i copied files from jbx settings to the game folder
it doesnt work or start at all
i try different versions of directx 9 or 11
in 11 the game crashed and in 9 the game works fine but the reshade doesnt work
what is the problem guyssss?
