You must have installed ReShade twice, and in some cases the game picks up two DLLs. You must have chosen either two different APIs (DirectX 9 + 10/11 or OpenGL) during two installations or you have ReShade DLLs in two folders. Check your game folder, you should have only ONE custom DLL there. Since I don't know which game you're talking about, I can't say which DLL you should keep. Anyway, ReShade comes with three different DLLs: d3d9.dll, dxgi.dll and opengl32.dll. You should have only ONE of them.
