Cannot interact with the menus

I've seen other posts about this but they all assume my mouse stays in the middle of the screen, it doesn't I just can't interact with the menu at all. Only keyboard interactions work

Try to open a menu in the game that allows you to use the mouse freely.

I have tried in menus and title screens

I cannot even interact with the keyboard in some games

I made an account just now to reply to this and say that I was having the exact same issue (I can move the mouse just fine, but I can't click on anything in the ReShade menu.. it doesn't recognize any of my mouse clicks).

I fixed it by simply playing the game in fullscreen mode. I was playing it on fullscreen borderless windowed mode initially. And by switching to normal fullscreen mode, it allowed me to finally interact with the ReShade menu.
