Unable To Download Archive With No Reshade Folder

Hey! I've been having a problem with downloading the shaders from this thing. Basically, Reshade is unable to download archive. I'm trying to do this with Sims 4. I've looked on your 'troubleshooting' page for help, but I can't seem to find my 'reshade' folder anywhere in my game bin!
If it helps, my computer is Windows 7 ultimate. Thanks in advance!

This problem occurs by .NET Framework 4.7 and upper with Windows 7 / Windows Server 2008 R2.
ReShade Setup using default system setting. but in these version, the TLS1.1 / TLS1.2 are not enabled.
