Reshade keeps reloading in game

Have bought great game Atom RPG. Everything runs fine only when I speak with a person in game or use the Inventory, Reshade reloads itself sometimes. I click on some option in dialog and bang...Reshade is reloading....
How can I fix this pls? It happens ever now and then but it is getting on my nerves....

same here in Project Zomboid (opengl game) everytime a zombie appears I think it change some stuff on gamefolder and because of that reshade reload effects
