For some reason opening the installer for reshade doesn't work, it just stops responding before it even opens. I saw there was a topic about this issue but I do use Rivatuner or whatever it was, or any MSI programs. I ended every other program on my PC and still the installer would not work.
I get this error from the reporter has something to do with these.
