DisplayDepth and other DOF things not working.

Game I was trying this on: Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition
Mods Installed (if these even affect ReShade): DSFix, and Watchdog.
Note: I did test this in offline mode.

Issue

Display Depth only triggers a black screen and other depth or fog related effects do absolutely nothing.

The main thing I want to get working is the Green Screen from this video.

I'm assuming that this should work because the compatibility list says Dark Souls: Prepare to Die should work "Perfect".

Try different versions.
Also turn of MSAA.

All versions since around 1.0 use the same code for depth buffer detection, so trying old versions doesn't give you any benefits. But yeah, definitely turn of MSAA and/or SSAA.

Sorry for responding so late. I've turned off all the AA related things I could find. I even did a fresh reinstall of the game and it still didn't work.
