It's a game from 1999.
Tried it with dx8 and opengl with no success.
Doesn't load anything.

Obviously.
I doubt there's DirectDraw support.

I guess it's using DirectDraw or a Direct3D version between 1 and 7 then. Try this to wrap it to OpenGL , which ReShade can work with.

Yes, it is possible. I 've created a Reshade preset and it works.
