ReShade doesn't work in windows 10 Creators Update

After I update my windows 10 to Windows 10 Creators Update, my GTA V does not work.
If I delete the DXGI file, my GTA V can work, but ReShade does not work (ReShade has no effect).
I've tried renaming DXGI files, but still ReShade does not work.
Please help me so I can run ReShade.

Windows 10 creator works fine for me, though I can't vouch for GTA V.
By renaming did you mean to d3d11.dll?
