Rocket League won't launch

I've installed every DirectX ever again, and Rocket League still won't start with ReShade. I checked this list reshade.me/compatibility and I have nothing that would conflict with it. I selected the right DirectX version on install too. I just tried exiting everything on my control panel and starting - didn't help. Here's my driver graphics settings for Rocket League if something interferes: imgur.com/ZorRQ16

EDIT: I know Rocket League isn't on the compatibility list, but there are quite a few youtube videos of it working perfectly, so it's not the game.

Well crap. Just restarted in safe mode and it didn't work, so it's not one of my programs. I know from numerous videos that reshade 3.0.6 works with RL... gonna go try that.
