Hello, ever since I tried out Cemu 1.7.5 there is a weird issue

this happens on reshade 2 as well as 3,
asking around I've found out that a lot of people do not have the issue, if it's not easily visible, it's the grey 'afterimage' that gets superimposed or dunno how to put it
what part of my system could cause this to happen for reshade?
without reshade I can't play anymore
