Toggle effects bind not working

Hi, im currently using reshade with cs2 and hlae, im getting a very strange bug. My effects are disabled by default and in the menu it says "Effects are disabled. Press 'Insert' to enable them". When I press it doesnt do anything. The weird part is that first, no key works for this particular function, ive tried INS, HOME, Z, X AND C and none of them work. But strangely, if I bind any of those keys to lets say toggle menu or reload effects, they work perfectly fine, they only seem to not function when it comes to the toggle effects function. So basically my reshade doesnt work since i cant enable my effects, any solutions??
