In my Reshade menu, almost all the interface text is "?????????????????????", I don't understand how to fix this

You have a font active that doesn't support your active language. Go to ReShade.ini (while game is not running) and clear out the font setting, so that it goes back to the default:
[STYLE]
Font=
Or alternatively changes the language to English:
[OVERLAY]
Language=en-US
[/code]
