[SOLVED] Failed to compile

I've been playing Tale of Two Wastelands for a couple months with reshade, and everything worked fine until 4 or 5 days ago. One day there was no problem. The next day only 2 of the shaders worked. Hovering shows "internal compile error". Log shows "Failed to create graphics pipeline for pass 0 in technique..." I've been using DXVK and choosing Vulkan this whole time.
FakeHDR, CAS, PD80_02_Cinetools_LUT, PD80_04_Contrast_Brightness_Saturation, PD80_03_Shadows_Midtones_Highlights, PD80_04_Color_Balance, PD80_03_Levels, HDR, Daltonize, UIMask, Vibrance, FXAA, pColors, PD80_05_Sharpening, LUT, and DisplayDepth are among the ones that fail.
Trying to activate Curves or Clarity.fx make the game crash.
Could this week's Win11 update have caused it?
Edit - rolling back to 6.6.2 fixed it.

Had the same sort of thing happen with ReShade v6.7.2. One day everything was working well - and had been for days. Launched the game a few days later and, out of the blue, all active shaders failed to compile (according to the menu). According to the log, they successfully compiled but each "Failed to create graphics pipeline for pass 0 in technique". This happened on 2 separate machines, at around the same time, on the same game: Dragon Age: Origins. Both machines use Windows 10 22H2 and AMD Adrenalin 26.1.1 drivers. No Windows or driver updates were installed during this period. Like the OP, I'm also using DXVK.

Likely borked effect cache. Go to settings and press "Clear effect cache" button to put it back into working order.

The error is gone with v6.7.3 update.
I assume it's because of "Fixed SPIR-V cache breaking when previous cache was read partially (causing "Failed to create pipeline ..." errors)"
Thank you.
