Failed to download list of available effects

In the installation of ReShade_Setup_6.6.2_Addon, in the select effects screen, there's an error:

"Failed to download list of available effects: O servidor remoto retornou um erro: (429) Too Many Requests. Try using a proxy or VPN and verify that you can access raw.githubusercontent.com ."

I didnt found any search tool on this forum tho :(

Hey man. Did you manage to solve it? I'm having the same problem here! I updated to Windows 11 and this happened!
