The last of us part 1freezes and crashes on startup

I installed reshade to tlou (1.1.4.0) to remove the taa and improve the graphics but when starting it just freezes and crashes, I have tried renaming the dll (from dxgi.dll to d3d12.dll) but the same thing keeps happening, I have not found any solution on youtube or the internet, I have tried with rdr2 reshade and it works perfectly but the last of us simply does not want to start with reshade, I installed a mod to change the api to vulkan but it only detects 6 out of 8 vram and the texture options appear blocked, I recently changed my pc and I don't know if that's why, I have installed .NET Framework 4.8 but it just doesn't want to start and crashes, the reshade log says that it tried to load from program data and at the same time from the game and that it closes or something like that. any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
