Reshade 3.0.8 not working on the sims 4

Hi, so basically I cleaned out my mod folder few days ago (didn’t touch anything else) and the reshade just stopped working. When I open the window (F2 etc) , and try to click on the preset it’s not working. It’s not doing anything, nothing happens. The path is correct if anything. 

I never had this issue before and I’m confused cause I don’t recall touching anything in my game 



 

Maybe it's worth upgrading to a newer version? Since the third version, the fourth and fifth have been released.
