I’m new to this, i found a preset I really like, figured out how to adjust the blur and make it look cooler toned but I have no idea how to get rid of the lens flare looking thing. Its like a bright dot on the screen and I was wondering how you get rid of that?

It's impossible to help you at all in any meaningful way unless you give more information. What preset are you using, what shaders are active, what game are you using them on, etc.
