Dof and mxao not working

Hi.

I can't get my dof and mxao settings to work with euro truck simulator 2.
I have turned off my smaa and fxaa in the game.
Buts it's still not working.

Anybody, that has a fix for this?

I dont think it's fixable. All DOF shaders doesnt work in ETS2 because the shader thinks the entire image is a flat surface.
