My .ini files don't show up in the preset tab

Hey guys i am pretty new to ReShade, i downloaded it today and it's my first time using. I wanted to put a graphic mod on FiveM, i downloaded the file of it (it is .ini) and then i put it in my GTA5 root folder. I went into FiveM, opened the ReShade and went into the presets tab but the only thing that shows there is DefaultPreset.ini and nothing else ( i think my graphic mod should be there too but i don't see it ).
