RE3 Reshade Ring Effect

Hello, I have an issue when using reshade with re3, any shader preset i use has a weird ring effect around the screen that isn't present in the game without reshade on, is it tied to brightness, or is it reshade causing it?

Looks like a vignette effect. Which shaders are active in those shots?
