Looks like you're using some older SweetFX shader files, which had that bug. Probably best to delete the SweetFX folder and download plus isntall the whole package again.

And also is there a way of transferring old presets to the newer version?

SweetFX should be backwards compatible with its presets for the most part, so just copy the SweetFX_settings.txt file over and see what happens.
