ReShade: Error X3000

Any reason why i am getting this error message , as i cant seem to figure it out thanks. SweetFX_settings.txt (1,1): error X3000: syntax error: unexpected 'unknown'

Change the file encoding from UTF-8 with BOM to ANSI or UTF-8 without BOM.

Here I have the same error .

Latest version of Reshade installed.

I use PreparDv3 and there I am getting the 3000 error.

I can't find a SweetFX_settings.txt file on my system ...?
In the Reshade directory in Prepar3Dv3 I only find cfg files and h files.
