Pascal RTGI/Reshade and ARMA3

Have the latest reshade installed and just got and installed the pascal paid RTGI......but how do I get it all working?1)First is there a particular preset (.ini) I need to use to get it working - if yes a link is appreciated.....2)I read on reshade that I need to enable depth buffer access to get the RTGI working - but what does this mean and what do I need to do?(running a 2080ti)3)note in my reshade in game menu there is an add on drop down with generic depth and it says I need to disable MSAA in game to get depth buffer working (but there is noMSAA in ARMA3 options!) - is this all connected to point2) and how do I get it all working?
