So, I am a big fan of Senvixe and his reshade. And I wanna know if this is motion blur from Reshade, and if so, what fx is it? But if not, is this motion blur from the actual game? (gmod settings) or is it just high FPS?

Right now I think this is maybe? trails? but I am not really a Reshade expert, so if anyone could help me that would be just fine.
