How to diplay an image on the new version?

Hello there,

I used to use ReShade 4.7 and the crosshair.fx shader to display anything I wanted on the screen. But this shader doesn't work on the last version. So is there a shader that would let me display a 1920x1080 image on top of my game? Is there any risk in using the old 4.7 version? Any benefits to use the last one if it's just for that overlay?
