Autoreload on ini profile text change?

Is there anyway to have reshade monitor the profile on disk and if i edit it with notepad automatically update the imgui to reflect the change as if i had made the change myself?

As of right now there only exists an add-on that can monitor changes to the effect files (*.fx) themselves and automatically reload them if one is detected. The add-on is called "AutoReload by seri14" and can be selected during installation in the ReShade setup tool. This does not extend to presets however.
