Even with no filters enabled the colorbanding is insane. I've tried reinstalling Reshade with various settings listed but the same thing happens. Any ideas would be so welcome. Thanks.

Are you using nvidia built in sharpening?

Similar issue I had when I had to force sharpening on nvidia global profile in order to get it to work on call of duty 2019.

I had a similar problem. Turning off nvidia built in sharpening helped
