Any performance impact with no effects?

Does Reshade have any performance impact on games when it doesn't have any effect enabled since Reshade gets injected? I know you can check how much additional frametime it adds in the stats tab when effects are actually enabled.

Since I wanted to be sure before replying, I did a fast benchmark using RivaTuner with and without reshade installed. As I expected there's no difference at all in performance with no activated effects.
