I dont find where i can create a shader with the UI. How enable the developper mode? Only performance and configuration mode are activated.

The feature was removed for now since I couldn't figure out a simple way to add syntax highlighting. A text box in-game alone didn't seem too useful compared to a good text editing program. I'm just not sure how to best implement this.
