RESHADE Doesnt Detect Mouse or Keyboard Input in GTA

Hello Everyone, i have been trying to get GTA to work with REshade and I have the constant issue that it doesnt detect mouse or keyboard input.

These are my input settings from reshade.dll

I have also not found any other solution on any other forum post. Help is Greatly Appreciated.
