game crashing when launch

my game keeps crashing after launching because the reshade enables itself  when i launch the game, how do i make the reshade not automatically enable itself when i launch my game?
my laptop gets like a 20 fps drop with the shaders on so it makes sense that it would crash when the game launches, ig
my reshade is on version 4.7.0.846 btw if thats an information that u need to know

You know "my game" is not particularly helpful in identifying which game you are talking about. Also update ReShade to the latest version, 4.7 is years old.
