Cannot run reshade from core i5 5675c and working from core 2 quad 9300

I see that it is only from a core i5 4690 (which I no longer own) and core i5 5675c with windows 10.
I tried with directx9 and 10,11,12
The experience does not occur with a core two quad 9300, the same windows 10 version and updates

I am using a gtx 750 graphics card

I installed the latest net frameworks version.

I don't understand where the problem could come from
