Reshade 4.6.1 Not working on XP Latest Vulkan Version

Hello Everyone,

I am recently using the latest Vulkan Version on XP11 , after installing Reshade V.4.6.1 and opening Xp11 and pressing Home or Shift F2 button nothing happens , as if its not installed nothing pops up, even though the files are installed in the XP11 main file folder .

Kindly Advise.
