Unable to select Reshade Presets

I am unable to select any preset in reshade that i have downloaded in any game, I have downloaded and put the config file in the right directory and it is showing up in reshade but i am unable to select it, When clicking on the preset nothing happens.

It needs to be a preset for ReShade 3+. Old SweetFX presets and the like won't work.
