Warhammer 2 not working

So i downloaded the Reshade 3.0 and did the installation but when I start the game nothing happens. The game works fine just no reshade. Also, where do I even put a .ini file that I got from someone? The tutorial doesn't say anything

Put the ini in the folder with the dxgi file - make sure you have dxgi installed (dx10+)
