Unable to write file Pubg

Yesterday, I got a new SSD drive. I removed pubg from the C disk that had rehade on it and downloaded into the SSD drive along with Steam. However, when I try to install the reshade again into the new game location, it says "install to tslgame...failed" and unable to write file. Any help? :( :( :(
