DirectX 12 is currently not supported, neither is Vulkan so for games using these API's you either have to switch to DX11 or OpenGL if supported (Most games use a combination of DX11/DX12 or OpenGL/Vulkan.) or you'll have to wait until/if ReShade supports D3D12/VLK but it could be some time until that happens.
