From YCbCr to RGB Format

Hey everyone!

I have a little big doubt.
Up until now, I've been using this Color Pixel Format on my VGA (ATI SAPPHIRE RADEON TRI-X R9 290x): YCbCr 4:4:4 Pixel Format. Today I changed it to RGB 4:4:4 Pixel Format PC Standard (FULL RGB). So now all of my Reshade Frameworks settings are TOTALLY different! I loved how it looked on the other pixel format, but now it sucks! However, the rest of the pc looks a lot better.

I changed this Pixel Format because I'm using HDMI from my VGA to my Monitor instead of a DVI now. And with the previous Pixel Format it looks awful, I don't know why. Noisy and weird.

Anyhow... is there any 'easy' way yo convert the settings I had for YCbCr to RGB?
