"Flickering" with AL Dirt Tex enabled

As title. An odd flickering occurs when AL Dirt Tex is enabled. Almost like the Dirt bloom effect is being turned on and off when looking at something bright.
I don't know if this is intended or not.

Turn AL vibration off in the AL settings. Its is not properly tested and set for the texture.
